Requirements

Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
Strong technical understanding of building automation and HVAC systems.
Ability to lead project teams and effectively coordinate subcontractors.
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and construction documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and project-organization skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with mission-critical or data center facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead BAS retrofit, new construction, and integration initiatives in mission-critical facilities.
Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
Ensure adherence to safety practices, local codes, and industry standards.
Oversee BMS controls, HVAC systems, and facility modernization efforts.
Review drawings, submittals, schematics, and related technical documentation.
Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, field personnel, and client teams.
Diagnose field issues and provide effective solutions to construction-related challenges.
Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.
