Requirements

Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or controls integration projects.
Strong technical understanding of building automation systems and HVAC equipment.
Ability to direct subcontractors and manage diverse on-site teams.
Skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications, and engineered designs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Experience in mission-critical or data center environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead BAS retrofit, installation, and integration efforts in mission-critical environments.
Manage budgets, timelines, manpower, and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and adherence to industry standards and codes.
Oversee building management system installations, HVAC controls, and facility upgrades.
Review, interpret, and validate drawings, schematics, and construction documents.
Collaborate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve field challenges and provide hands-on technical support as needed.
Deliver projects on schedule while meeting customer expectations and project scope.
