Requirements

Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
Strong technical expertise in building automation and HVAC control systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and organize multi-disciplinary project efforts.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with mission-critical, data center, or large commercial facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee BAS retrofit, construction, and integration projects in mission-critical environments.
Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure safe field practices and adherence to industry codes and standards.
Supervise building automation, HVAC, and facility control system upgrades.
Review drawings, blueprints, schematics, and other construction documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Troubleshoot installation and construction issues to maintain project timelines.
Deliver high-quality projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
