Requirements

Experience as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, or similar technical role.
Strong skill set in BAS programming, system start-up, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with multiple BAS platforms; Tridium Niagara proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and program BAS controllers, logic blocks, and detailed sequences of operation.
Prepare BMS submittals, as-built documentation, and control system drawings.
Configure and integrate communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
Provide remote technical support to project managers and field engineering staff.
Commission programs, conduct functional testing, and confirm system performance.
Utilize and enforce standardized engineering and programming methodologies.
Coordinate BAS integration efforts with HVAC, MEP, and IT project teams.
Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, controllers, and IoT-based devices.
