About The Position

Red Robin isn't your typical burger restaurant. We're a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! Bartenders: You will deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service and communication skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred. Must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Guest service
