“Do something just because it’s rad.” – Pete, founder of Illegal Pete’s Tucson Illegal Pete's is hiring for Bartenders/Front Line Crew who can work late nights and weekends! Are you engaging? FUN?! Think full-bar, two levels with a bar on each level, events, amazing food, newly renovated patio, new kitchen equipment, and a ton of fun located on University Boulevard at the Main Gate of the University of Arizona! Front Line Crew Members are the face and hands of Illegal Pete's, interacting with our guests on a daily basis, creating the great food and the welcoming environment that we're known for. Front Line Crew Members are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include hot line, cold line, bartender and cashier. MORE MONEY - $23.00 - $26.00 per hour including tips for Front-Line Shifts! $30.00 per hour with tip potential for Bar Shifts! We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Front Line base rate starting at $18.81 plus tips depending on experience, skill, and/or education. Bartenders start at $12.45 plus tips. Front Line Crew Members are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year! Requirements

Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
