About The Position

Pink Steak, a modern upscale steakhouse in West Palm Beach, is seeking experienced bartenders to join their team. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area. Candidates should have a strong background in fine dining and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2 years of fine dining experience required
• Strong knowledge of food service procedures and techniques
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of food items
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
• Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist in the opening and closing duties of the bar
