Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve beverages and meals to patrons in accordance with state and federal age regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
• Coordinate lounge and bar activities to ensure smooth operations
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Monitor and manage alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards and regulations
