About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
• Practice responsible selling and service of alcohol as mandated by licensing authorities.
• Ensure security of all bar products and follow management procedures for product lock-up.
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to uniform standards.
• Engage with guests frequently and maintain high visibility in the dining area.
• Inquire about the guest dining experience and involve management if issues arise.
• Thank each guest sincerely for their patronage.
• Maintain a high level of food and beverage knowledge and ensure menu items meet Smokehouse standards.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes using appropriate products and glassware.
• Ensure stock levels meet specifications set by supervisors or managers.
• Use standard recipes and methods for consistency and efficiency in menu items.
• Stay informed about ongoing and upcoming promotions and assist in their implementation.
