About The Position

We are looking for a part-time Bartender to join our team in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The Bartender will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking drink orders, and creating a variety of cocktails while maintaining a clean and inviting bar area. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, passionate about mixology, and has a strong customer service orientation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to run the bar and restaurant eating area alone.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders from customers.
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and adhere to state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Collect payment and operate the cash register.
• Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the bar, including cleaning and mopping.
