As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they are seated. You will be responsible for setting up the bar area, which includes preparing pour and glassware stations before opening and restocking beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed throughout your shift. Your ability to suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts will enhance the dining experience and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. In addition to preparing and serving drinks, you will be expected to make all beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring the correct glassware and garnishes are used. Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system is essential for maintaining efficiency and accuracy in service. Throughout the dining experience, you will check back with guests to provide refills and clear any items from their tables, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment. Timely delivery and settlement of checks are also part of your responsibilities, along with expressing gratitude to guests and inviting them to return. Adhering to all food safety standards is paramount in this role, as it ensures the health and safety of our guests and staff.
