Bartender

Village Tavern Salem is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bartending experience and a passion for providing an exceptional guest drinking experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our bar and restaurant patrons. You will interact with customers, take their orders, and serve snacks and drinks, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied with their experience. Your role will also involve assessing customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations, and mixing ingredients to create both classic and innovative cocktails that exceed expectations. In addition to drink preparation, you will be tasked with planning and presenting the bar menu, checking customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age, and restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies as needed. Maintaining a guest-focused approach is essential, as is nurturing an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to comply with all food and beverage regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons.
