About The Position
As a Bartender at Board & Brew in Westlake Village, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking customer orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Checking customer identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase is also a key responsibility, as is handling cash transactions and operating the cash register efficiently. In addition to beverage preparation, you will monitor and manage the inventory of bar supplies and ingredients, ensuring that the bar is well-stocked and ready for service. Providing excellent customer service is paramount, and you will be expected to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will also assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for service, ensuring that everything is in place for a smooth operation. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers.
