About The Position

BJ's Restaurants is hiring Bartenders and conducting open interviews daily, welcoming walk-ins. Requirements

• Guest focused enthusiasm
• Passion for serving gracious hospitality
• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Must be 21 years of age or over

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve expertly concocted cocktails and drinks.
• Connect Guests to the brewhouse escape by recommending beverage and food pairings.
• Craft memorable moments with expert execution of craft beverage recipes and service techniques.
