About The Position

Bartender: Here's what you'll do: Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to take care of them Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS Ensure great guest experience by following the company's 10 steps of service Assist in answeing phones Build drinks and prep items to Cien's recipe standards Communicate regularly with your guests and anticipate their needs Regularly refill drinks, clear plates, and going above and beyond guest expectations Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant Sanatize bar and equipment At Cien Agaves Tacos & Tequila we have a fun culture with flexible work schedules, discounts in our restaurants, recognition, formal training, and career growth opportunities. Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
