The starting hourly rate is $18.77, plus expected average tips of $8-$10 per hour ($26.77-$28.77 average total per hour). Must be able to maintain grace under pressure while handling our busy rushes. Must obtain Washington State Food Handler’s Card and MAST permit Must have weekend availability Responsibilities: Ensures that the highest quality food and service experience is consistently provided to our guests Pro-active in solving guest concerns and satisfying guests in various situations Maintains a clean, organized, and stocked environment Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld. Requirements

2-3 years' bartending experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of sanitation regulations
A passion for and creative abilities when it comes to craft cocktails
Proactive, with a high attention to detail
Positive and professional approach to people and work
