About The Position
Our ideal candidate is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about hospitality, consistently upholding the Club’s service standards while exceeding member expectations. Our Bartenders play an essential role in creating memorable experiences by delivering warm service, crafting quality beverages, and maintaining an inviting bar environment. Position will be at our casual dining outlet or adult only dining outlet.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- Personable and guest-focused
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be 21 years or older
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to members and guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Accurately ring in member orders and serve members and guests at our bar top
- Follow responsible alcohol service and Club policies
- Assist with Club Functions and other club events as needed
