YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As a Bartender, you are responsible for effectively serve customers and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

You are at least 18 years of age
You have experience in making classic cocktails
You possess basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
You have legible handwriting, strong customer service skills and oral communication skills
You have a valid Operator's License
Craft cocktail and high-volume experience is a must
U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Nice To Haves

You have one year of bartending experience (preferred)
You have wine experience and/or certification

Responsibilities

Take customers’ food and drink orders
Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
Comply with all state and local liquor regulations
Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests
