About The Position

This position involves mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests in the bar and restaurant. Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Previous bartending or serving experience
Responsibilities
- Takes orders from customers.
- Collects money for drinks served.
- Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Be knowledgeable of all in-house services as well as local information and be able to assist with customers inquiries.
