Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with appropriate garnishes. Arranges bar supplies and glasses to make attractive displays and keeps area in a neat and sanitary manner. Create and serve weekly drink specials while maintaining inventory of bar. Records all sales, collects money, operates a cash register and follows all cash handling procedures as required. Prepares for service before opening and cleans after the meal (wiping tables, vacuuming floors, cleaning chairs, ensuring acceptable appearance of the dining area, while also serving residents.).
