Requirements

Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required.
Knowledgeable in cocktail recipes, bar tools, drink preparations, and alcohol service regulations.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
Ability to perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent English communications skills, written and verbal required.
Ability to work flexible schedule to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays required.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Bartending experience highly preferred.
Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages, Cocktail; recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment and service.
Ability to stand stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during entire shift.
Take orders and serves guests at bar.
Provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average.
Inventories all beverages and operating supplies, orders replacement items as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
