WE LOVE OUR WORK. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish a pleasant rapport with guests. Thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their proper preparation, and ongoing knowledge of new drink trends. Responsible for mixing and serving beverages directly to bar patrons as well as in a service station capacity to beverage/food servers as venue requires. Accurate and efficient use of POS system. Tracks usage and inventory and orders stock to maintain established pars. Maintain awareness of guests alcohol intake following Alcohol Awareness Training Keep work area neat and clean in accordance with all MD Department of Health standards. At end of shift restocks station for start of next shift. Maintain well-groomed appearance in accordance with Food & Beverage Grooming Standards at all times. Participate as a team member with all servers, Barback, bartenders and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Required to stand and walk.
Is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
Must occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds.
Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License

Responsibilities
