A Bartender is responsible for providing excellent, efficient customer service to all guests, with a focus area of the bar. Bartenders will ring in food and drink orders, make drinks, provide excellent service, bus the bar, and do prep for service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Service Greeting guests upon arrival. Providing excellent customer service during guests dining experience, from entry to the restaurant through departure and everything in between, with a focus on the bar. Memorize the menu at your location. Memorize cocktail recipes for your location. Cash handling. Ability to complete internal health audits. Sanitation Sweep and mop floors. Maintain beverage and salsa stations. Clean bathrooms. Sanitize and wipe down tables and other surfaces. Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by your supervisor. Prep Portion out prepared food for service. Prepare to go boxes for the kitchen. Prepare Agua Frescas and other nonalcoholic scratch products. Prepare garnishes and syrups for cocktails.
