About The Position

The Bartender provides our guests with fun, efficient and excellent service. Assist guests with ordering food and beverages at the bar or cocktail table.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills
• High guest satisfaction expectations and focus
• Able to take direction and work together as a team
• Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
• Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused
• HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
• Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times

Nice To Haves

• Previous high volume bartending experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests as they enter the bar area
• Take orders and properly ring in sales using a POS station and/or handheld POS device
• Know the full restaurant and bar menu, make thoughtful menu suggestions
• Knowledgeable of upcoming movies, advanced ticket sales and all promotions
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their order and service
• Deliver food and drinks to tables, bus tables
• Follow all food and alcohol safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, safe and clutter free environment
• Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations
• Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
