Slices and prepares fruit garnishes for drinks 2. Knows lounge menus and can discuss options with guests 3. Keeps a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories 4. Has full understanding of the wine and beer menu and assists guests in their preferences and making recommendations 5. Takes beverage orders from guests or servers and serves as requested, paying extreme attention to detail 6. Serves guests requests in a timely manner 7. Delivers checks and collect payments per restaurant standards 8. Prepares and serves lounge food items for guests at the lounge 9. Interacts with guests, take orders and serves lounge menu and drinks 10. Checks identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers 11. Cleans the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a clean environment 12. Organizes the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory 13. Attends pre-service huddles 14. Maintains personal uniform cleanliness and pressed to restaurant standards 15. Promptly address guest issues and refers with management as necessary 16. Informs Food & Beverage Manager of needed liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies 17. Informs Food & Beverage Manager of equipment requiring repair 18. Checks refrigeration temperature to ensure proper beverage temperature 19. Complies with all food and beverage regulations 20. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Education/requirements: High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred, 3 -5 Years working bartender experience, excellent knowledge of opening bottled wine and in pouring, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Must be 21 or older, must maintain applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance card The Physical activities of this position involve: Balancing, Kneeling, Reaching, Crouching, Pulling, Standing, Manual Dexterity, Pushing, Stooping, Grasping, Lifting up to 40 lbs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred
  • 3 -5 Years working bartender experience
  • Excellent knowledge of opening bottled wine and in pouring, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
