Our Clubhouse Bar server is responsible for serving drinks and food to patrons, being skilled in communication, and multitasking in providing excellent customer services in a fast-paced environment. As well as monitoring inventory, preparing light bites and processing payments while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. We are customer based, hospitality & entertainment venue. We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry.
Requirements
- Greet customers, provide options offered, take orders
- Serve both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
- General kitchen skills, preparing food, daily kitchen preparations
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management, Restock supplies, report to Director
- Ensure cleanliness of all work areas
- Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays as needed
- Be 18 years of age
- Multitasker with good cash management skills
- General computer-based knowledge to process payments and other requirements
- Able to read, write and understand instructions
- Being solution focused, timely, and knowledgeable about golf when answering questions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to work in a crowded, loud, fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Past bartending experience a plus
