About The Position

Note: This is a part-time position requiring Friday and Saturday night availability. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Bartender, you’ll craft more than just drinks. In this role, you will: Prepare and serve beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating personalized experiences. Manage the bar’s inventory, ensuring it’s always stocked and ready for service. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Process payments efficiently and handle cash with accuracy. Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. WHAT YOU BRING We’re looking for a creative and personable bartender who thrives in a lively environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need: Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume setting. A valid alcohol awareness certification, as required by local regulations. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
