As a Team Member of the Food and Beverage team, the Bartender is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional Guest service while following all policies and procedures and meeting health and safety standards and regulations. The Bartender ensures their bar is kept clean and stock is properly stored, rotated, and unexpired. Bartenders must process orders and transactions on point-of-sale systems; additionally, must retain knowledge of acceptable forms of identification for alcoholic beverage service and will card all Guests who appear to be under the age of 30.
