About The Position

We are currently hiring a part-time Bartender at the Samuel Adams Brewery in Boston, Massachusett s. The Bartender provides excellent, interactive, and educational service as well as helps customers engage with the brands through alcohol sales. Level: 10 In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $10.00 per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for tips received during the worked shift. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must have bartender experience with all necessary bartender licensing if required by state law

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certified
Hospitality experience

Responsibilities

Help maintain culture, and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving our products
Provide excellent customer service with a customer first attitude
Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with guests
Maintain a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment on a daily basis in addition to being a lead brand ambassador
Convey knowledge about the brand and the ability to educate customers
Conduct cash handling and sales through POS inventory system
