Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred, hospitality or customer service experience required
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or permits

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations
Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
