The Experience You’ll Create: Bar Operations 1. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails, and specialty beverages according to recipes and service standards. 2. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, equipment, glassware, and surrounding seating areas. 3. Monitor product levels and restock spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies. 4. Follow responsible alcohol service protocols and verify guest identification when required. 5. Process POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Restaurant Support 1. Assist with service needs including taking orders, running food, bussing tables, and maintaining clean dining spaces. 2. Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service. 3. Support peak periods by flexing between stations to maintain guest flow and service standards. Events & Private Functions 1. Bartend and support private events, tournaments, league nights, and social functions as scheduled. 2. Assist with event setup, beverage service, breakdown, and closing duties. 3. Deliver polished, professional hospitality to event hosts and attendees. Guest Experience & Team Collaboration 1. Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service. 2. Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues quickly, and uphold a hospitality-first approach. 3. Participate in team meetings, beverage training, tastings, and development programs. 4. Communicate clearly and support teamwork across all departments.
