About The Position

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests and to provide excellent beverage service to patrons in a timely manner. Also to assist the beverage servers to assure quality guest service in a timely manner and a favorable gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, fun, and friendly environment for guests and employees.
• Provides superior guest service, interacts positively with guests and employees, and has the ability to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Works effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
• Prepares drinks accurately and correctly for patrons at bar and for cocktail staff.
• Safe distribution of alcohol. Follows company alcohol guidelines for serving alcohol responsibly.
• Responsible for cash bank and follows sound cash handling practices.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations of alcohol consumption and company policy and procedure regarding serving alcohol responsibly.
• Has a thorough knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. Assists guests with all reasonable requests.
• Completes all company required training within designated time frames.
