About The Position

We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join our team!

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Bartender in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
  • Proficient with Micros POS system.
  • Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
  • Must have TAM Card up to date.
  • Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome
  • Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Ability to learn and execute specialty/classic cocktail recipes.
  • Manage bar inventory honestly and effectively.
  • Complete knowledge of food menu.
  • Provide complete dining experiences at the bar.
  • Effectively communicates allergies to kitchen.
  • Reports all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management.
  • Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age.
