About The Position

Summary Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to bar patrons, in a fast-paced environment and ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited the following: Set up and break down of bars. Keep bar area clean, sanitized, and neat. Take orders from customers Serve wine, beer or cocktails Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned Collect and close payments in POS system Ability to efficiently switch between multiple tasks Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required. At least six months to one-year prior restaurant and/or bar experience required. Experience with POS System preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current, valid TABC Certification Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee may be required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. During the Show, the employee may be required to frequently walk to various places on the grounds. The employee may be required to lift and/or move 25 or more pounds. Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The employee may be on feet for up to eight hours during shift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud. Other Requirements Must be able to work assigned schedule for duration of event. Must wear company-issued uniform vest. Must be available to work every day from March 222, 2025.

Requirements
