About The Position

Japp's is now hiring a Bartender with 1-2 years of experience bartending in a
high-volume bar. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an
awesome team!

Japp's OTR specializes in classic cocktails from the 1700s - 1950s. There is a
unique story behind almost every drink, and the building's history complements
the historical aspect of the bar's focus.

If you are a strong communicator, have a hospitality mindset, always bring your

You must embrace and help us carry out our passion to enhance neighborhoods by
creating the most enjoyable guest experiences for people to gather, eat, and
drink.

Requirements

• Craft cocktail experience is a must
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
• Great communication skills
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Keep a clean workspace
• Must be proficient with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
• Sundays are a MUST
