About The Position

Bartenders start at $5$6 per hour (based on experience) plus tips. This role participates in an all-day tip pool, meaning tips are pooled and shared among bartenders for the full business day. This role offers the opportunity to join us during our busiest and most energetic season. Spring and summer bring strong guest traffic, lively shifts, and excellent earning potential for skilled bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service, making guests feel valued and cared for. Use our Toast point-of-sale system to efficiently take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy. Stay detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to keeping the environment clean and welcoming for guests. Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, offering help in other areas when needed. Respond to guest feedback with a positive attitude, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
