About The Position

Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes for bar patrons and cocktail servers. Greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Work quickly to fulfill high-volume drink orders, often servicing bar-top gaming areas. Handle money, process credit cards, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift. Check identification, adhere to legal age requirements, and comply with all sanitation and alcohol service regulations. Stock liquor, ice, glassware, and supplies; clean bar surfaces, equipment, and tools. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift Follows all safety protocols and reports unsafe working conditions immediately Plans, organizes and completes work timely Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisor.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
