Bartenders are responsible for the comprehensive operation behind the bar, which includes the preparation of alcoholic beverages for all guests of the restaurant. Bartenders are also responsible for ensuring guests enjoyment. Bartenders should have extensive knowledge in all aspects of the food and beverage menu in order to sell and serve food and beverages in a professional manner that achieves Company service and quality standards.
