To be considered for this role, candidates MUST: Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members. Ensures the highest level of guest service and satisfaction. Prepares and serves contemporary and traditional cocktails while greeting, seating, and making drink suggestions for guests. Handles special requests with ease while maintaining a calm and positive bar environment. Fosters an environment of continuous learning, improvement, and open and honest feedback. Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality. Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
