In this role, you will create polished and memorable guest experiences by guiding guests through the menu, preparing beverages with consistency and precision, and delivering attentive, professional service. This role requires open availability, and weekend availability is mandatory, as weekends are a major part of the business and critical to the success of the bar team.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a polished, full service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and bar service fundamentals
- Professional communication skills and a hospitality driven presence
- Dependability, urgency, and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Open availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, polished service that reflects Noble Food and Pursuits standards
- Prepare cocktails, wine, and other beverages with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and strong menu knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked bar throughout service
- Work closely with the service team to support pacing and a seamless guest experience
- Complete opening and closing duties and assist with bar setup, breakdown, and sidework
- Uphold professionalism, urgency, and accuracy throughout every shift
