Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 7 hours and lift 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute percentages.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
  • Thorough knowledge of premium liquor and wines. Good verbal communication skills required.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The team member is frequently required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and smell. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

  • Bartender or barback experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and serves all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for assigned outlets.
  • Ensures that all bar supplies are maintained at an adequate level. Informs supervisor when supplies are low.
  • Responsible for maintaining work area in a sanitary and orderly manner.
  • Accounts for all revenue and balances cash drawer at end of the shift.
  • Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
  • Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.
