Requirements
- A cocktail storyteller with 2+ years in craft bars, speakeasies, or venues where ice is carved, not cubed.
- Equal parts scientist and poet —you geek out over fat-washing techniques and the way a rosemary sprig can elevate a guest’s night.
- A hospitality ninja : Calm during a 50-cover rush, yet attentive enough to remember a regular’s “usual” (extra lime, no straw).
- TABC-certified guardian : You mix joy responsibly, ensuring every sip is safe and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Invent cocktails that blend Camp Lucy’s ethos (think: prickly pear meets cardamom, or smoked mescal with Texas grapefruit)
- Read a patron’s mood and mix a “Midsummer Night’s Dream” (lavender gin fizz) or a “Hill Country Revival” (jalapeño-infused bourbon smash)
- Keep your station gleaming like a jewel box—organized, inviting, and ready for Instagram fame
- Partner with chefs to pair drinks with dishes (e.g., a tamarind margarita to dance with chili-lime shrimp)
