About The Position
Got great energy, sharp instincts, and a love for hospitality that actually feels like hospitality? Maleza is looking for a part-time Bartender to join our team and bring the vibe behind the bar, especially during our PM service.
Requirements
- PM availability is required (evenings, weekends, and busy nights)
- 1 year prior bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and professional, because our team counts on you
Responsibilities
- Crafting cocktails, pouring wine & beer, and delivering consistent, high-quality drinks
- Creating a welcoming, fun, and polished guest experience
- Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly
- Working closely with the service team to keep the night flowing
- Showing up ready to hustle, collaborate, and represent the Maleza brand
