If your wage + tips does not equal at least minimum wage, your pay will be adjusted so you make at least minimum wage.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Consistently adhere to laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol.
Excellent communication skills
Physically capable of lifting 15-20 pounds
Able to maintain a high level of energy and efficiency for shifts lasting up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Serve patrons courteously, swiftly, and efficiently, always maintaining a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Adhering to guidelines for the legal and responsible service of alcohol.
Taking orders, engaging in suggestive selling, and crafting drinks according to specific recipes.
Handling financial transactions, which entails accurately receiving money, giving back change, and being accountable for all cash managed at your register during your shift.
Counting down the cash drawer to ensure all totals are accurate.
