About The Position

Hope Valley Country Club is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming and polished bar atmosphere for members and guests. This role requires someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and who takes pride in delivering high-quality hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be a dependable team player
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and club events
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must also be 21 years old per alcohol service Qualifications
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state)
• Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
• Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests
• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Follow all club policies and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events and regular service
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
• Accurately process beverage orders and transactions
