About The Position
Bear Flag Fish Company located in Huntington Beach is seeking a part time bartender! We’re looking for a talented, energetic, and service-focused professional to join our team. If you love creating memorable guest experiences, know your way around a cocktail shaker, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced bar, restaurant, or lounge setting
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails , beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent customer service and communication skills – able to read the room and build rapport with guests
- Comfortable with multitasking and working efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Accurate with cash handling and POS systems
- Working knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local liquor laws
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in drink preparation
- Availability to work nights and weekends - looking for a part time bartender to work Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday nights!
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (e.g. kegs, boxes, etc.)
