Provide exceptional hospitality by welcoming guests, taking orders, engaging with customers, and answering inquiries about the menu to create a positive guest experience. Ability to make drinks and serve alcohol in high-volume periods efficiently and maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service and proper sanitation procedures by maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This includes proper storage and handling of glassware, utensils, and ingredients to ensure a safe and hygienic bar environment for both staff and customers. Familiarity with BBQ cuisine and understanding of different BBQ styles, cuts of meat, and traditional flavors to offer informed recommendations to patrons. Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
