About The Position
Bartenders at The Cake Bake Shop are expected to create a magical and one-of-a-kind experience for our guests by: Understanding the menu. This includes being well versed in all items (and recipes) with the ability to answer questions about ingredients, history of the item, flavor profiles, and pairings. Exhibiting poise and composure during a fast paced and busy shift. Working as part of a team to ensure that all guests have an elevated and unique experience. Working efficiently and effectively with Aloha POS. Ensuring accuracy of all orders and financial transactions. Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, engaging with our guests and with other team members. Adhering to our uniform and brand standards.
Requirements
- Weekend availability
- Flexibility to work both day and evening shifts
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted IN liquor license
- 2 years previous experience as a Server required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in fine dining preferred
