The restaurant spans two stories and 8,000 SF, featuring an outdoor patio overlooking Centennial Olympic Park. It is a concept developed by Legacy Ventures’ Restaurant Management team, serving both Tex-Mex and Cajun cuisines, drawing inspiration from the sister regions of Texas and Louisiana. The company is currently hiring for a September opening. The Bartender role is described as a blend of guest ambassador and mixologist, responsible for enhancing the guest experience through personal interaction, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and awareness of local community happenings.
