In this role, you will responsible for taking orders, pouring/making alcohol/non-alcohol-based beverages, following recipes, finalizing payment, and working in a team environment to ensure all guests are being taken care of to the highest standard.  As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll provide friendly, responsive and consistent service to create a beyond expectation food and beverage experience for all guests

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior bartending experience within a restaurant/resort setting
  • We do require that you are at least 21 years of age or older due to state laws & regulations.
  • RAMP Certification is required, responsible alcohol management program.
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of
  • Have a working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, common drink recipes and methods of preparation
  • Prepare drinks with Kalahari recipes and quantity specifications and deliver food and beverage orders with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner
  • Monitor and observe guests beverage and dining experience.  Ensure guests are satisfied with the food, beverage, and service.  Respond promptly and courteously to their needs and requests
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (bartenders, barbacks, servers, bussers, host/hostess, and management) as situations rise
